Physiotherapy €65

Physiotherapy is a science based health care which involves evaluating, diagnosing and treating a range of problems with movement, dysfunction and pain. Once your problem is evaluated, the therapist will develop a treatment program that will usually involve some form of manual therapy and exercise, a home exercise program as well as education on body mechanics and posture in order to prevent the reoccurrence of your original injury.

Physical Therapy has similar objectives to Physiotherapy but focuses more on Sports and musculoskeletal injuries and uses more manual treatment techniques such as pressure point therapy and sports massage. Again, a home exercise program may be recommended including stretching and other suitable improvements to aid longer term recuperation

A specialised skilful form of massage releasing muscular tension and preventing injury to the muscular skeletal system as well as assisting with recovery from existing injuries. Pressure point and other massage techniques will be used as appropriate and home based stretching and other exercises may be recommended
